Terms and Conditions

Ticket Purchase and Entry:

  • All tickets purchased for the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival are non-refundable.
  • Ticket holders must present a valid ticket for entry to festival venues.
  • Reentry to festival venues is not permitted once a ticket holder has exited.

Festival Guidelines: Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives, are strictly prohibited at the festival venues.

  • All attendees must comply with the festival's rules and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
  • The festival reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals from the premises for non-compliance with festival guidelines or disruptive behavior
Inclement Weather:

The Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival is an outdoor event, and performances may be subject to changes or cancellations due to inclement weather conditions.

In the event of severe weather, the festival organizers will make every effort to communicate updates and adjustments to the schedule.

Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather-related cancellations or changes to the festival program.

Photography and Recording:

Photography and recording of performances may be restricted or prohibited at the discretion of the festival organizers and artists.

Attendees must adhere to any posted signage or announcements regarding photography and recording during festival events.

Festival Security:

Festival security personnel reserve the right to conduct bag checks and security screenings upon entry to festival venues.

Attendees are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or behavior to festival staff or security personnel immediately.

Liability Waiver:

Attendees participate in the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival at their own risk.

The festival organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

Future Entry Restriction:

The festival reserves the right to restrict entry to future events for individuals who violate festival rules or engage in disruptive or unlawful behavior.
